We are James and Elaine Diaz, proud owners of Diaz Landscaping, family owned and operated. Diaz Landscaping is a full service landscaping company providing year round grounds maintenance and design. We deliver high quality cleaning and new landscape services. We definitely pride ourselves on our excellence in landscaping care, our customers benefit from a beautiful maintained property. We have the creativity, quality, and experience to fit your new and/or existing landscaping needs. Our team looks forward to working with you.

James Diaz

James Diaz

Owner

James is one of the owners of Diaz Landscaping. Prior to opening Diaz Landscaping James worked at a coal mine for several years and was part of the emergency response team. James has over 30 years experience in landscaping. He has extensive training in heavy machine operating, paver, flagstone, artificial turf, and gravel install. He is our lead estimator and is certified in OSHA, RP, and IRRIGATION inspections and installs. He loves spending time with his family and volunteers as a baseball and basketball coach. If needing new design and/or ideas to meet your custom needs, James is happy to help fulfill long term and long lasting landscaping dreams.
Elaine Diaz

Elaine Diaz

Owner

Elaine is also one of the owners of Diaz Landscaping. Elaine started up Diaz Landscaping in 2009, along with her husband. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Management with the focus of Human Resources. Elaine has over 20 years of experience in marketing, customer service, and business management. She can help with your needs in scheduling, accounts receivable and payable. She loves spending time with her boys, and volunteering in numerous groups. Some of her groups she is involved with include PTSA, Mock it, CPAT Board, MLK Fun Run, National Honor Society Advisor, and an instructor of Religious education. 

Samantha Hogan

Samantha Hogan

Office Manager

Samantha is our Office Manager.  She is OSHA certified and has over 5 years of extensive customer service experience.  She is also a graduate of V. Sue Cleveland 2018, and will be pursuing her college degree. Samantha can help with scheduling your estimate, your new project, billing, accounts receivable, all with the highest of customer service, quality, and care.  She looks forward to working with you and seeing your project through, with your upcoming elegant and beautiful yard.

Ann Hager

Marketing Manager

Ann is our Marketing Manager. She joins us with a vast and many years of experience. As her own business owner and entrepreneur for much of her life Ann has applied the skills needed to grow her businesses by her passion for inspiring people everywhere, she goes! Over the past 40 years Ann has been involved in hosting numerous fundraising events for local non-profit organizations. She has significant communication, marketing, and interpersonal skills.

Front Office Coordinator

Rebecca Roybal is our Front Office Coordinator. With seven years’ experience in customer care, she is driven by making the customer experience memorable and thrives on making every call the best possible interaction for both our team and our clients. She is very knowledgeable in her field and can assist you in making your dream yard come true.
Brandon King

Brandon King

Estimator/Project Manager

Brandon King is a transfer from Arkansas with over 25 years in the workforce. His combined experience includes time spent as a land surveyor and in the construction trade, as well as various manufacturing operations and fabrication. He will strive to provide quality customer service with all your landscape needs and projects.

Front Desk Coordinator

Alexia Lujan is one of our amazing Front Office Coordinators. She has been working in customer service and sales for several years. She is excited and ready to make each interaction just as memorable and professional as the last. She would love to schedule your next estimate and help with beautifying your yard.
